Learn How to Obtain your Commercial Drone Pilot Certificate

So, you’ve bought a new DJI Phantom 4 Pro or Inspire 2 drone and you want to become a commercial drone pilot, but you don’t know what’s required to do so or where to begin.

Well it starts by reading up on the FAA’s 14 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Part 107 regulations.  Part 107 establishes the rules and regulations for flying a drone for commercial purposes. It also explains the process for obtaining what is called a sUAS (small Unmanned Aircraft System) Remote Pilot certificate, a.k.a. commercial drone pilot license.

In particular, I discuss the FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate process and what material is required to learn and pass the FAA Part 107 Knowledge test.
